We choose quality

IMPAS works with professionals and quality tools. This enables us to deliver high-quality products. Those products meet the needs of our clients, our own high quality standards and the applicable regulatory standards. In order to guarantee quality, the checks we carry out include inspections by our International Welding Technologist (IWT). At IMPAS, we also make use of multiple WPQRs (Welding Procedure Qualification Records) and the resulting WPSs (Welding Procedure Specifications). In addition, our welders hold all the relevant certifications under NEN EN ISO 9606 and ASME IX.

Our materials

Cunifer

CuNiFer is a copper alloy consisting of copper (CU), nickel (Ni) and iron (Fe). It is corrosion and seawater-resistant. That gives it a long service life.

Carbon steel

Carbon steel is primarily made of iron (Fe) and carbon (C). It is susceptible to rust and corrosion. However, galvanisation can extend its service life considerably.

Stainless steel

Stainless steel is an alloy of iron (Fe), chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni). It is easy to work and offers relatively high corrosion resistance. That gives it a long service life.

Piping

We distinguish between piping, precision piping and double-walled piping. Each type has its own requirements and tolerances.

Coils

Our pipe coils and flat coils are produced using CNC and orbital welding machines. This automatic welding method means that the cost of NDE (non destructive examination) will be considerably lower. We also provide pressure testing and NDE (X-ray).

Pneumatic and hydraulic piping

We produce a variety of pneumatic and hydraulic piping.

Modules

Our modules offer a full-service solution to meet your needs. We design, produce and deliver booster and separator modules. We can also provide modules for cooling water, gasoil, heavy oil, LNG, gas, nitrogen and lubricating oil or crude oil.
