Our experience is at your service
Every member of the IMPAS team has extensive experience in piping prefabrication and piping module assembly. In addition, we offer our clients an extensive range of bend solutions. We work together in the workshop every day to create new products for our clients. It's all about finding The Perfect Fit. We apply a clear procedure to achieve this. It is made up of five stages.
We deliver high-quality products to our clients. We achieve this level of quality by checking our own and other people's work every step of the way. That's how we are able to guarantee the quality of your product at all times. The checks we carry out on our products include an inspection by our International Welding Technologist (IWT). At IMPAS, we also make use of multiple WPQRs (Welding Procedure Qualification Records) and the resulting WPSs (Welding Procedure Specifications). In addition, our welders are duly certified under NEN EN ISO 9606 and ASME IX. We are one of only a few companies that have achieved these certifications for Cunifer.
We confer with you. We discuss all of your needs and requirements and arrive at an overall solution together. Not only will that solution meet your personal and professional needs and requirements, but it will also fulfil those of the notified bodies (NOBOs). They are always welcome to observe our work and take samples. This could include a review of documents, a witness or pressure test, or samples for NDE (non-destructive examination). When we’re working for you, we always apply the same principle – we do what you say. And we mean it. We are always open and honest. We work transparently and stick to our commitments.
